Cancel after payment: Gift Code option (Free)
Should you decide to cancel your order after payment, you can do so without any additional fees by opting for a voucher for the full amount of your order. Please note, we will not issue a refund to your original payment method but will provide you with a voucher to use for future purchases.
Cancel after payment: Refund money (5% Fee)
If you wish to cancel your already paid order and receive a refund to your payment method, please be aware that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount. This fee is necessary as our payment processor, Stripe, does not reimburse us for the transaction fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Cancel After Delivery (Only for Pay Weekly)
For customers who choose the weekly payment option, you have the flexibility to cancel your order before the start of a new week. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for the current or already started week.
